It's 2 a.m. You're rereading the texts. Replaying the last conversation. Looking for the exact moment it turned.
The replaying isn't weakness. It's your mind trying to make sense of something that mattered. The problem is that it keeps asking the same questions and never gets an answer.
Sokoon gives it better questions. Not "what did they do wrong," not "what's wrong with me," but what keeps happening, and why.
A little space. A clearer view of yourself.
Start with what you know about yourself. Add detail, reflection and outside perspective at your own pace.

Begin with the 10-minute quiz
Answer questions about how you respond in relationships. This gives your guided conversation a place to begin.
Talk it through. Read your insights.
Explore specific moments with guided AI questions. Your answers become personal insights about your patterns, with something to reflect on or try.
Add your circle and Deep Dives
Invite people who know you to offer anonymous outside perspective. Work through four focused conversations before or after inviting your circle:
- Attachment & Security
- Conflict
- Values & Life Vision
- Intimacy & Connection
Your insights come together as you complete the journey.
Talk to me, anytime
Come back when something comes up: a difficult conversation, a familiar reaction, a new connection. Talk to me uses your saved Sokoon context to help you reflect.
What people actually said
“It was really eye-opening. I loved how it went into deep questions that I didn't realize I needed to answer to understand myself. The analysis at the end of who I am and how people see me was really cool.”Member | Female | 35–40
“The Deep Dive on its own is worth it: a thorough, structured breakdown of your own attachment style, conflict patterns, values, and intimacy language is the kind of thing most people never actually sit down and do for themselves.”Member | Male | 20–25
“I also like that it tells you what areas you need to work on to be better, and gives you details about it.”Member | Female | 35–40
“Very impressed. I enjoyed it and it was very valuable.”Member | Male | 40–45

Not a label. Your pattern, in your words.
You give generously early and read closeness as safety. When the other person pulls back, even slightly, you work harder instead of asking what's happening. By the time you name what you need, you've been quietly resentful for months, and the ending feels sudden to them and inevitable to you.
- In two of the three situations you described, you noticed the shift weeks before you said anything.
- "Keeping the peace" has meant keeping your needs to yourself.
- You're drawn to people who are hard to read, and you take the work of reading them as proof of love.
The next time you feel someone pull back, say it within 24 hours, in one sentence, without an explanation attached.
- Says what they feel without being asked twice
- Notices when you've gone quiet
- Stays steady when you disagree
Across every area, one theme repeats: you keep relationships safe by keeping yourself small. You attach quickly, avoid conflict until it's too late to repair, and hold values you rarely say out loud. Intimacy for you means being needed, and that's why being left feels like being erased.
Where they agree with you: generous, dependable, the one people call first.
What you might not see: several describe you as "always fine," and said they only learned something was wrong after it was over. They wish you'd let them in sooner.
- Asks how you're doing, and waits for the real answer
- Brings up small issues early
- Consistent between the good days and the hard ones
- Comfortable with you needing things
- Repairs after conflict without keeping score
- Hot-and-cold attention you work to "earn"
- Treats your needs as an inconvenience
- Goes silent instead of talking it through
- Moves fast and wants you to keep up
- Only close when they need something
You wait until you're sure, and by then you're resentful.
Practice: name one small need each day this week, out loud, to anyone.
Your circle sees a strength you use as a wall.
Practice: when someone asks how you are, give one honest sentence before "fine."
Working hard to be chosen feels like connection to you. It isn't.
Practice: after each date, write down what they offered, not what you had to earn.
Most advice is about them.
This is about the part you can change.
Not a quiz that hands you a type. It works from what actually happened to you.
Not generic advice. Every insight is tied to something you said.
Not just your side of the story. People who know you add what you can't see yourself, anonymously.
Not one conversation. Four Deep Dives into attachment, conflict, values and intimacy, plus a place to reflect whenever you need.
Not blame. Seeing your part isn't the same as taking all of it.
Not a dating app. Nobody is swiping. It's just you, getting clear.
Room to begin. Clear terms from the start.

What am I paying for?
Your $9 monthly membership includes the assessment, guided AI conversation and insights, all four Deep Dives, your circle's outside perspective, and Talk to me. You pay first, then sign in and confirm the required age and consent statements before using Sokoon.
Is this therapy? Am I talking to a person?
Sokoon is a self-discovery tool with AI-guided conversations. It isn't a human therapist, medical care or a crisis service. It's for adults 18 and older.
How long does it take?
Set aside about 10 minutes for the quiz. Then take your guided conversation and Deep Dives at your own pace. Your first insights follow your guided conversation.
How does the 7-day refund work?
Cancel through Membership's Stripe billing portal within 7 days (168 hours) of your first-ever purchase and your first month is automatically refunded. The window starts at payment, not your first sign-in, and doesn't restart if you rejoin. Later cancellations stop renewal and keep access through your paid period.
What happens if I stop using Sokoon?
If you don't open Sokoon while signed in during a full paid billing month, your subscription stops renewing. We'll email you a reminder 5 days before renewal. The unused month isn't refunded. You can also cancel renewal yourself at any time.
What happens to what I share?
Your quiz answers, conversations and reports are used to provide Sokoon. Before using the product, you'll be asked for explicit consent to sensitive processing. You can withdraw that consent in Membership, which stops processing and schedules deletion after a 30-day grace period. Read the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for details.
What if I ended it, or I'm still in a relationship?
You can reflect on your patterns whether you left, were left, or are in a relationship now. The journey starts with your own experiences.
You've replayed it enough.
Now understand it.
